We survey properties in King, Snohomish, Kitsap, and Pierce counties. 
Essential information includes:

• Property Name, Address, Contact Information
• If your property is self-managed, feel free to list "Self" for management company
• Total number of units
• Overall vacancy as of mid-month
• Rents (Contract and Market), by unit type, as of mid-month
• Vacancy, by unit type, as of mid-month
• When providing rent data, please do not include MFTE units
• When providing vacancy data, please do include MFTE units

Contribute Expense Information
By contributing your annual operating expenses, you'll receive a copy of the Expenses report for that year when published.
